Slash fields — what do they mean?
- Stage / Element / Building / Village / Grade — filled from the WIR form.
- Notes (
{notes_paren}) — uses the Notes style dropdown above (dash, no dash, or blank). - Notes text (
{notes}) — just the note words; add your own punctuation in the sentence. - Grade — concrete grade from the form (e.g. C300). Type
@yourself before village if needed.
Live preview
Saving only affects new submits and edits. Use Apply to existing WIRs to rewrite old descriptions for the selected trade (Closed rows are briefly reopened for the write).

Accounts
Create users, change roles (admin / submitter / viewer), send password reset, or deactivate. Create user also adds the email to the Google sign-in allowlist — they can use Google without opening Supabase.

Google sign-in allowlist
Only these work emails may use Sign in with Google. Creating a user above adds them here automatically. Use this list to allow an existing account, or remove someone from Google (email/password still works). If the allowlist is empty, Google sign-in is blocked for everyone.

Deploy (production)
Production only — staging is a separate environment and is not deployed from here.
Site deploy runs immediately. Worker buttons open GitHub Actions (type deploy to confirm).

records or are deactivated in system settings below.
