Dropdown lists
Options for Submit / Edit dropdowns and per-trade description templates.
Help — what belongs here?
Add, deactivate, or Reorder list labels. Order here is the order in Submit / Edit dropdowns and the Telegram bot. Saved WIR rows keep their old text — renaming here does not rewrite history. Pick Description templates (by trade) to edit auto-descriptions for new submits.
Reorder mode — use ↑ / ↓. New order applies to Submit, Edit, and Telegram list pickers after save.
Pick a trade, then build one template sentence — not a single real WIR.
Paste an example and click Convert example (matches that trade’s stages/grades plus shared village/building/element lists),
or type / (or tap + Field) to insert
{stage} {element} {building} {village}, etc.
Fixed words like “Installation of” stay as you type them; list names become fields.
Description template
Type / or tap / List for fields · Ctrl+Z undo
Slash fields — what do they mean?
- Stage / Element / Building / Village / Grade — filled from the WIR form.
- Notes (
{notes_paren}) — uses the Notes style dropdown above (dash, no dash, or blank). - Notes text (
{notes}) — just the note words; add your own punctuation in the sentence. - Grade — concrete grade from the form (e.g. C300). Type
@yourself before village if needed.
Live preview
Saving only affects new submits and edits. Use Apply to existing WIRs to rewrite old descriptions for the selected trade (Closed rows are briefly reopened for the write).
Telegram bot
Pause the bot, manage who can use it, and tune limits.
Help — bot vs Lists vs Control
Changes apply within about a minute — no Worker redeploy. Chat IDs from @userinfobot. Bot tokens stay in Cloudflare secrets. Dropdown labels are under Lists; users and site workflow under Control.
Bot behaviour
Control Center
Users, workflow settings, activity & bug reports, and production deploy.
Help — Control vs Lists vs Bot
Telegram pause / allowlist / behaviour → Bot. Dropdown labels → Lists. Site log + send bug reports (with log context) → Activity. Code-level bugs still need a developer.
Accounts
Create users, set display name (shown in the header / welcome), change roles (admin / submitter / viewer), send password reset, or deactivate. Create user also adds the email to the Google sign-in allowlist — they can use Google without opening Supabase. Auto-generated passwords are emailed to the user and shown in a sticky panel below (copy anytime until you dismiss). The temp password stays valid until they change it — there is no forced first-login reset. Never store plaintext passwords in a database table; Supabase Auth already keeps a one-way hash. If the password is lost, use Reset. Delete appears only for deactivated users (permanent).
New user credentials
Stays visible until you dismiss. Copy the password for WhatsApp/handoff if needed. Email is also sent to the user when Brevo is configured.

Google sign-in allowlist
Only these work emails may use Sign in with Google. Creating a user above adds them here automatically. Use this list to allow an existing account, or remove someone from Google (email/password still works). If the allowlist is empty, Google sign-in is blocked for everyone.
Workflow & site
Apply without redeploying. Turn on only what you need.
Activity & bug report
Review site actions and errors, then send a bug report with log context attached.
Delivery goes to bug email (Settings) and/or Telegram allowlist.
Requires supabase/action-logs.sql once per Supabase project.

Deploy (production)
Production only — staging is a separate environment and is not deployed from here.
Site deploy runs immediately. Worker buttons open GitHub Actions (type deploy to confirm).
Report
Build a CSV or Excel export from current PS/FM WIR records. Choose CSV columns,
filter with keywords (; = AND), then download. Excel uses the same
filtered rows as the Records page (status/result/search filters). Columns update
when fields appear on records or are deactivated in system settings below.

System report columns
Deactivate a column to hide it from the picker for everyone. New fields found on records appear here automatically.
